I am not getting NC DES benefit since March 2024 to march 2025

When filing a claim, you must provide correct information including

• The last employer you worked for
• Why you are not working
• Last day of work
• Employers that you worked for in the past 2 years
• Any separation pay, including severance and vacation.
Failing to provide correct information will cause a delay in your claim.

Search and register for work:
• You are required to contact three different employers each week and keep a record of your work search.
• Register with the job service office in your state. NC residents can register at http://www.ncworks.gov

File your weekly certification every week:
• Complete your weekly certification within 14 days of each week that you are out of a job.
• The best way to file is from your MyNCUIBenefits dashboard under "Actions Required" select the "Work Search/Weekly Certification" option.

Report any money you earn:
• If you work while receiving unemployment benefits, you must report the money you earn when you file your weekly certifications.
• Always report the money you earned for the week that you worked.
• Do not wait until you are paid to report your earnings

Visited DSS several times to find job and using. Computer 

I nvidied ncworks but they aren't helping me to find job 

They just telling to use computer and apply for job and do job search
