HI,

I am hemal shah

I got a bad experience with NCESC

state of unemployment

every each time I got a laid off or I do not have a job

I file for unemployment benefit so before I got other job I can get some income

after laid off I visit to local office

according to them I have to call capital NC state Raleigh 1919-737-0259

many time they were busy so they not responding

I have to try again

I do not have home phone

I have 500 minute prepaid phone

I am  calling and try again if I wait for them

most important

I can not available to do weekly certification

survey I have to do every each week

I got laid off on 04-28-2017

last Tuesday(05-02-2017) I call des.nc or NCESC

they can not hear well so they hang up I have to call back again

on 05-04-2017 I reported I got a laid off

they told me to do weekly filing next week on 05-08-2017

I try on 05-09-2017 this week I have to do weekly certification

I am not available to do

I know so far they were played game in past

I feel like I got a discrimination and harassment

I have to call tomorrow and call them so they can release me to do weekly certification

they can block people they were authorized to do that

why they will blocking me I do not know but is happen several time

I never file any complain to government

I visit local office at NCESC and explained my complain

is not make a sense

I have to do legal step with NCESC?

I hope no one using my identity or social security

I have to file new claim

I update information about this company at DES.NC.GOV

address local charlotte(hire dynamic has one branch in charlotte)

when I file new claim I founded at des.nc.com at new claim section I founded hire dynamic they post as is location in Raleigh

I never work Raleigh they updated hire dynamics llc (hire dynamics LLC is completely wrong )with my work

my work call hire dynamic staffing agency

I start work in other seasonal job and laid off

I reported I got a laid off here at this company name

I complain over the phone and local office on 05-05-2017

but they were messed up I cant available to do weekly certificationtoday (05-09-2017) laid off date 04-28-0217

if I am not doing weekly certification online then I wouldn't get it UI benefit

I should get benefit if I got laid off unless find other job

they said you work their last year

I said this year also

they

trying to not listen my word and doing their best way to find other thing

local ncesc visit phone call report I do not have job or laid off they must process my help

I should legally file for NCESC UI benefit
